Rocket Arena is the 2008 year and the first stage that mixes exploration with a real kill count. You paint ten hidden eggs around the lobby using the paintgun, then score five knockouts inside Rocket Arena itself before the jetpack reward becomes available back in the event hub.

Painting All Ten Eggs

Start behind the Year 3 board
Look right from spawn for the large Year 3 Challenge board and check the back of it, where the first egg sits out of sight.
Sweep the ships and staircase
Board the pirate ship on the right of the island for an egg near the sail, then climb the blue spiral staircase beside it for another.
Clear both Red Fort floors
Step inside the Red Fort for the ground-floor egg, then climb to the upper level and check the top-left corner for the second one.
Drop into the underground venue
Exit the fort, jump through one of the small holes in the ground and paint the egg behind the bar of the hidden cafe below.
Finish in the snowy biomes
Paint the egg under the giant Trowel, the one at the snowy treeline, the Blue Fort corner and the black platform in the western snow.
Rocket Arena Combat Tips
Rocket Arena rewards distance play, so hold the launcher and fire into crowded platforms rather than chasing close-range duels. Five confirmed knockouts are required, and the counter sits in the top-left corner of the screen while you are inside a live match.
Do not leave the arena between kills if you can avoid it, because progress across separate sessions is unreliable. Staying inside one run is the safest way to make sure the fifth knockout actually registers on the Warrior Badge before you head back to the lobby.
Keep Your Distance
Fire from mid-range at grouped players, because rocket splash damage is far more efficient than closing in for melee.
Watch the Lava
The lava areas punish anyone watching the knockout counter instead of their footing, and a fall costs you a full respawn.
Equip the Paintgun
Eggs only register while the paintgun is held, so switch back to it before you try to paint the next target.
